Federal Government

Connect operational assets to mission-relevant information.

TiS3 frames federal systems modernization around the asset, operating constraint, useful signal, and decision need. Historical program references remain separate from approved current proof.

Projects & Programs

Work performed, with the contract boundaries kept clear.

Four source-backed client entries distinguish TiS3’s role from the scope or status of the broader government effort.

TiS3 received U.S. Air Force Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I and Phase II awards for an Internet of Things solution. The work explores secure connections between edge devices, sensors, a gateway, and monitoring systems, including device authentication and two-way data security. Phase III is a potential next step, not a contract award or completed commercialization.

Conceptual illustration of connected port, cargo, and perimeter infrastructure

Conceptual website visual — not documentation of an actual CBP operation.

TiS3 supported program management, integration, and acquisition work for CBP. Its portfolio realignment effort brought managers together to organize programs around capabilities, improve collaboration, and support more effective deployment.

Conceptual enterprise operations environment with connected systems and data views

Original conceptual enterprise infrastructure visual — not a contract-site photograph.

TiS3 provided infrastructure operations, end-user support, program management, and integration support as one of six subcontractors on the Department of Transportation’s Enterprise IT Shared Services Support contract. Areas of support included systems administration, customer service, and cloud services.

As a subcontractor with TISTA Tech, TiS3 provided information security and assurance support for Library of Congress systems. Work included security assessment and authorization planning across systems with varying impact ratings, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and staffing resources.

Mission evidence

Structured stories, visible evidence boundaries.

Historical example

Legacy asset connectivity pattern

Mission / Challenge
Existing equipment was not designed to provide a useful remote operating view.
TiS3 Approach
Historical source material describes sensing at the asset, a gateway path, platform functions, and visualization.
Technology
Edge / gateway / platform / applications
Outcome
The source set supports this as a demonstrated technical pattern; current deployment scope remains unverified.
Evaluation scenario

Remote infrastructure monitoring

Mission / Challenge
Distributed infrastructure can leave teams dependent on manual checks and fragmented status.
TiS3 Approach
Evaluate project-approved power, environmental, access, vibration, and health signals through the four-layer model.
Technology
Edge sensing / managed connectivity / alerts
Outcome
A source-backed evaluation scenario, not a claim of an active government program or guaranteed result.

Technical FAQ

Begin a federal capability discussion.

What types of organizations does TiS3 support?

The confirmed primary audience is the Federal Government, with a secondary fit for mission-oriented enterprise teams. We can discuss fit around the specific environment and need.

How should a government or teaming inquiry begin?

Begin with the mission asset, operating constraint, desired decision, and inquiry type. Do not submit sensitive, controlled, classified, or proprietary technical information through the public form.

Where can I find capability information?

Explore the Technology page for the architecture guide, then use Request Services for a capability discussion.
