Endorsed by the AF CTO, and CBP, this solution maps to their requirement of developing a strategy to implement IoT Edge Device that provides device authentication and bi-directional data security between the IoT sensor and sensor monitoring system and to identify and research a COTS-based set of tools/components integrated into a secure prototype demonstration. This innovative solution supports security sensors for the Warfighter mission. As a winner of a Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the USAF SBIR Offering, TIS3 qualifies to submit our Phase 3 proposal which could progress to full commercialization of this solution.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection, DHS Support
TIS3 provides Program Management, Integration and Acquisition support to DHS’s Customs and Border Protection Program Management Agency. Our realignment initiative sought to realign the portfolios based on capability in order to remove stovepipes, increase collaboration, provide greater acquisition efficiency, and improve deployment effectiveness. We worked with portfolio managers to envision what the future state of the organization should look like. In order to foster collaboration and buy-in, workshops are held to capture feedback and insight on how to best align programs by capabilities, allowing the organization to surge and improve future performance.
